Our Story
Welcome to Nan & Pop's, Longwood's specialty ice cream shop. Jesse & Kristi Uribe (Nan & Pop) have been living in beautiful Longwood for over two decades. Jesse has been in the security business, protecting Central Florida by providing alarm systems and surveillance solutions for over 25 years. All four of their children have attended local schools from Woodlands Elementary to Lyman High School. Now, that all of their children have grown up with babies of their own, they've decided to open a business to keep Nan busy. They thought Longwood was the perfect spot for an ice cream shop. Nan & Pop dedicate this shop to their seven grandkids, whom they love very much. The Signature Creations are all named after each one of them. Our staff promises to provide you with excellent service and quality products. The ice cream is top notch and the bubble waffles are delicious. We hope that you will stop in and visit!
